YB47型硬盒包装机内框纸预送卷装置的分析研究

由于YB47型硬盒包装机上内框纸卷传送路线较长,当机器高速运转时,速度不稳定,加之内框纸卷质量不断变化,很难使纸带传送与包装速度相匹配,容易导致内框纸切割长短不一致。为此,通过一个预送卷装置将纸带先进行展开,同时传送导轨上的超声波传感器检测内框纸传送速度和机器包装速度是否匹配,来保持内框纸定长输送辊精确传送,确保内框纸切割长短一致。预送卷装置不仅提高了机组的有效作业率,还改善了烟包的包装质量,满足了机器产量在高速运行时的设计要求。

Analysis and Research on the Pre-unwinding Device in YB47 Hard Packer

The inner frame is transferred for a long distance on YB47 machine.When the machine runs in high or instable speed and the quality of the inner frame changes,it is difficult to transfer the tape to match the packing speed and cut it into the same certain length.The pre-unwinding unit can pre-unwind the bobbin,while the ultrasonic sensor on transferring roller detects the transferring speed of the inner frame matches the packing speed,making sure the inner frame is cut into certain length and accurately transferred.This unit not only raises the efficiency with improved packing quality but also satisfies the designing requirement of high-speed machine.
