| 摘 要： | 通过分析MES在现场生产过程中的作用，提出了MES系统为应对柔性生产的需要而对车间制造资源基础数据的需求，构建了基于系列件的产品结构BOM数据模型，并利用工序的纽带作用，映射出了产品工艺配置，实现了以制造工艺为核心可配置柔性MES。并以HFUTIE—MES为应用实例，验证了上述理论的可行性和有效性。

| Abstract: | Nowadays the flexible design of manufacturing execution system becomes increasingly important because of the characteristics of multi-variety and small-lot manufacturing pattern. According to analyzing the function of MES 4n the on-site manufacturing process, this paper proposes the basic data requirements on the plant manufacturing resource to meet the requirements on flexible production, and builds product structure BOM data model based on series parts. Then, product process configuration is mapped by using the linking role of process, in order to achieve configured flexible MES which is put manufacturing process as the core. Finally, this paper verifies the feasibility and effectiveness of the above-mentioned theory by using the application of HFUTIE-MES. |
