| 摘 要： | 以某款精密卧式加工中心为研究对象,基于西门子840D数控系统平台,利用激光干涉仪对机床各运动轴的定位误差进行了定点测量,并建立了定位运动的误差补偿数学模型,实现了对定位误差的补偿。实验结果表明了所述方法的有效性。

| Abstract: | Based on numerical control system of Sinumerik 840D,localization error of various motion axes within machine tools is measured at fixed points by virtue of laser interferometer,and to realize the compensation about localization error,a mathematical model of error compensation about localization motion is constructed for some type of precision horizontal machining center.Experiment results show the effectivity of the method in this paper. |
