| 摘 要： | 文中通过对重型压力离心机样机的动力学及动态性能等问题的研究,找到了影响离心机动态性能的因素,选择了合理的平衡平面作为自动平衡装置的轴向位置,首次将电磁式自动平衡装置应用于重型压力离心机,可在几秒钟内完成平衡纠正,在线解决重型压力离心机由物料分布不均等因素引起的振动问题。

| Abstract: | This paper found the effecting factors to decanter centrifuge dynamic performance by research on the dynamics and dynamic performance of virtual prototype of heavy pressure decanter centrifuge.And the reasonable balancing planes are selected as the axial locations of auto-balancing device.This is the first time that electromagnetic auto-balancing device is applied in heavy pressure decanter centrifuge.Balance correction can be completed in a very short time.The vibration problem caused by the uneven distribution of slurry in decanter centrifuge is solved. |
