摘    要:介绍了全液压推土机智能控制系统的要求及控制原理,搭建了以PLC为主控制器的推土机行驶系统实验平台,对100马力的静压传动系统进行了牵引性能实验。实验结果表明:该控制系统控制性能稳定,效果优良,为推土机主控制器的研究垫定了良好基础。

Abstract:The hydraulic bulldozer's intelligent control system requirements and control principle are introduced. Experiment platform is established which based on PLC controller's driving system. Conducted 100 hp hydrostatic transmission system's traction performance test. The resuhs showed that: the control system performance was stability and the effect was excellent, Set a good foundation pad for the research of the main controller.
