水下管道法兰连接扳手系统的仿真研究

摘    要:运用ADAMS动力学仿真软件,建立水下管道法兰连接扳手系统的多体动力学模型,并对该扳手系统作业过程进行动力学仿真研究。分析螺栓在预紧状态和操作状态下的受力状态,采用Water法建立螺栓受力方程,得到螺栓的设计载荷。对扳手系统的运动过程进行分析,将模型运动划分为匀速进给、变形和扳手拉伸三阶段模型,并分别对三阶段模型进行仿真,得到在拧紧过程中螺栓、螺母、扳手和垫片的速度、受力、变形曲线。仿真结果验证扳手系统机构本体设计的合理性,对水下管道法兰连接扳手系统的研制具有重要意义。

Abstract:The multi-body dynamic model of an underwater pipeline connecting flange wrench system is built by ADAMS,and its tighten process dynamic simulation is carried out.The bolts stress state of preload and operating condition is analyzed.Mechanical equation of the bolt is built by water method,and design load of the bolts is got.The wrench system motion process can be divided into three steps: constant feed movement,deformation and tension wrench.By simulating the three steps,the velocity and dynamic curves of bolts,nuts,wrenches and gasket are obtained.The simulation results show that wrench system structure design is reasonable.The study has significance for development of underwater pipeline flanged connection wrench system.
