数控纵切机床整机布局研究

摘    要:数控纵切机床也叫走心机床,主要用于加工直径32 mm以下细长轴类零件,可以车削各种螺纹、圆弧、圆锥及铣削、钻孔、攻丝,能够满足黑色金属及有色金属高速切削的需求。文中对目前市场上纵切机床整机布局进行了分析,并根据不同零件的结构特点,对数控纵切机床选型进行了研究。

Abstract:Swiss-type machine tool is also called sliding head machine tool which is mainly applied for machining slender shaft parts with diameters less than 32 mm. It is suitable for turning all kinds of thread, arc, cone and milling, drilling, and tapping. It meets the requirements of high speed cutting for ferrous and non-ferrous metals. In this paper, the layouts of the slitting machine tools on the market at present are analyzed and in addition the configuration selection of slitting machine tool is studied according to the structure features of different parts.
