摘    要:基于可编程序控制器(PLC)研制了微弧氧化电源智能控制系统,系统人机通讯良好,不仅实现了电压、电流以及过程控制,更重要的是利用PLC内部和外接电路协调作用实现了PLC的脉冲宽度和频率控制,实现了恒流、恒压脉冲精确控制,以及工作模式的自动转换等功能,使得微弧氧化工艺过程优化和膜层控制成为可能。
