基于模态试验的导轨滑块结合面分析与有限元仿真

摘    要:导轨结合面是机床结合面的重要组成部分,机床的整机动态特性分析在很大程度上取决于如何正确处理机床导轨的结合面.文中运用三维建模软件SolidWorks和有限元分析软件ANSYS Workbench 12建立模型,采用弹簧-阻尼模型简化处理结合面,并对导轨滑块系统进行有限元仿真和模态试验,得到滑块的固有频率和模态振型,对比两种结果是否一致,从而验证了导轨结合面处理模型的正确性,并对导轨滑块结构提出了改进建议.

Abstract:The interfaces of guide ways are important components of the mechanical interfaces. Dynamic characteristic analysis of lathe machine depends in large part on how to properly handle the interfaces of guide ways. The model is constructed by using the SolidWorks software and the ANSYS Workbench 12 software. Spring-damper model is used in this paper to streamline processing interfaces. Finite element simulation and modal test of the guide slider are carried out to get natural frequencies and mode shapes of the slider.Comparison of the two resuhs are consistent, which proves the correctness of the interfaces model of guide ways.At last, recommendations is put forward for the structure improvement of guide slider.
