| 摘 要： | 以供应链中的两个供应商与一个服务企业为研究对象,将企业的价值单元信息细分为私有信息与公共信息,建立利用私有信息与公共信息的效用模型.在Lotka-Volterra模型基础上,建立成本信息扩散模型,运用该模型并结合效用模型,研究了供应商与服务企业的信息共享决策过程.研究表明,供应商披露低效率和非核心的价值单元成本信息,可实现成本信息的选择性共享,更易与服务企业共同形成资源联盟,从而优化企业价值链配置.最后,结合示例进行了验证.
