摘    要:绿色制造是实现生态工业和社会可持续发展的关键技术,正在引起人们的高度重视。绿色制造要求在产品的设计和制造过程中考虑产品的整个生命周期,从而实现产品全生命周期对环境的负面影响最小,资源利用率最高。本文在综合大量文献和已有研究的基础上,系统地总结了基于产品全生命周期的绿色制造的概念、方法和工具,以及目前该领域的主要研究方向、技术和研究现状,并指出了今后研究的方向和趋势。

Abstract:Green Manufacturing is a key technology to realize eco-industry and sustainable development. Green Manufacturing requires that the impact to the environment of the product during its life cycle must be systematically considered when it is designed and manufactured. Therefore, it can be realized to minimize the negative impact to the environment and to maximize the efficiency of resources. This paper updates information about Green Manufacturing and provides some general information, guidelines and references for research and implementation. In the mean time, more clear definitions of related terms used in the Green Manufacturing area are provided. Finally a brief future research trends and perspectives analysis is also provided.
