摘    要:以PDM为框架,建立了支持产品并行设计的并行工程体系结构,通过分析设计活动的组成,提出了面向产品全生命周期的数字化信息模型和基于STEP的CAx信息集成模式,定义了结构扁平的集成产品开发矩阵组织模式,以有效支持产品开发队伍的重构,探讨了信息分层共享的合理模式,集成了分布于不同硬件平台的CAx/DFx工具,最后建立了支持并行设计微循环与预发布的过程管理模型,研究了并行化产品开发的过程控制与管理技术。

Abstract:Based on Product Data Management (PDM) system, this paper builds a CE architecture to support product concurrent design. Having analyzed the all design activities, it proposes the digital information model of product whole life cycle and an integration mode between CAx systems based STEP. It defines a IPT matrix organization mode for concurrent design, which supporting the reengineering of IPT. Also, it discusses an information sharing mode and integrates all CAx/DFx tools which are distributed on various operator systems and hardware platforms. Finally, it builds an concurrent product development process model supporting the design micro-circle and prerelease. In addition, it researches the process control and management technology of concurrent product development.
