摘    要:为实现产品创新开发的可视化和知识获取的智能化,根据仿真目的的不同,将支持产品创新的仿真过程分为概念仿真和性能仿真2个阶段,并给出仿真模型的定义。提出了基于本构关系的概念建模方法,实现抽象模型到原理方案或结构的创新。分析了计算机辅助设计/计算机辅助工程集成环境中性能仿真模型的构造方法与过程。断路器机构的创新开发过程仿真及试验验证结果表明,概念仿真有利于将创新的设计思路转化为产品原型;性能仿真既是对原型产品性能的效验,也是获取产品创新开发知识的重要手段。

Abstract:To realize visualization of product innovative development and intelligent acquisition of knowledge,according to the different purposes of simulation,the simulation process supporting product innovation was classified into two stages including conceptual simulation and performance simulation,and the corresponding simulation model was defined.The method of concept modeling based on constitution laws was put forward,and the innovation from abstract model to principle scheme or structure was implemented.The construction method and process of performance simulation modeling were analyzed under CAD/CAE integration environment.The examples of innovation development simulation and test of mechanical system for Air Circuit Breaker(ACB) were given.The results indicated that the conceptual simulation would be helpful for transforming innovative design ideas to product prototype,and the performance simulation was not only the validation for product prototype,but also the important means of acquiring knowledge on product innovation development.
