集成环境下创新产品进化设计技术研究

摘    要:从创新性与重用性相结合的角度探索集成环境下创新产品设计概念和设计过程的发展规律,系统地提出了基于语义单元的创新产品进化设计理论和方法,深入地研究了产品运动进化设计、装配进化设计、结构进化设计和重用进化设计中的关键技术,并结合企业具体应用,将上述理论应用于实际产品开发中,取得了良好的效果。实例研究结果表明,该设计方法可使设计者更直观自然地在高层次的语义层上表达产品设计信息,实现了对计算机辅助创新设计的支持。

Abstract:A new theory and method of innovative product evolutionary design based on semantics unit was presented. The new theory and method was discussed with evolutionary principles of design concepts and process in integrated platform from viewpoint of innovation and reuse properties for creative product. Key technologies, such as product motion evolutionary design, assembly evolutionary design, structure evolutionary design and reuse evolutionary design, were researched in particular. Furthermore, the new method has been successfully applied in the modeling of some projects and has achieved positive responses in its utility, flexibility and robustness. Experiment results indicated that this method could help designers express product design information more naturally and accurately from high level semantics layer, and it has realized the support for computer-aided innovative design.
