基于特征的制造工艺资源建模与检索方法研究

为表达制造工艺资源特征层次结构、分类结构及资源对象关系,采用面向对象与特征建模技术构建了制造工艺资源特征模型,用特征映射技术描述零件结构特征与加工特征、加工特征与加工方法特征、加工方法与制造工艺资源特征的映射关系和模糊决策方法。研究了用工序特征描述工艺设计过程所对应的资源特征的集,并以形式化表示,提出了从制造工艺资源数据库中检索工序资源特征,以特征参数的相似性计算来检索与工序匹配的资源特征的检索算法。最后,将该方法应用于工艺设计中制造工艺资源特征与工序特征的匹配。

Manufacturing process resource modeling & retrieval method based on features

To describe feature architecture,classification organization and resource object relationship of Manufacturing Process Resource(MPR),object-oriented and feature modeling technology was adopted to construct MPR feature model.Mapping relationships and fuzzy decision method for part structure feature & manufacturing feature,manufacturing feature & manufacturing method feature,manufacturing method & manufacturing process resource feature were described by using feature mapping technology.Resource feature set described by process procedure feature were studied in process planning,a formal feature of manufacturing process resource and process procedure was proposed.The method of process procedure resource feature retrieval from manufacturing process resource database,and the calculation method of feature parameter similarity matching resource feature to process procedure were put forward.This method was used in matching manufacturing process resource feature with process procedure feature in process design.
