| 摘 要： | 依据柔轮装配前后的变形关系和中性层曲线不伸长条件,提出采用等分弧长分布算法来确定装配状态柔轮中性层曲线上轮齿位置及其轮齿对称线的转角,给出了装配状态柔轮的三维模型参数化生成方法。通过与传统等效圆环变形理论的近似算法和精确算法的比较表明,等分弧长分布算法与精确算法的结果非常贴近。在此基础上建立了基于挠性构件装配变形的谐波齿轮装配模型,可直观显示轮齿间的啮合情况和侧隙分布。模型应用实例验证了所提方法的有效性。
