摘    要:结合模块化理论和精益生产,对生产组织进行了精益化和模块化改造的分析、总结和探索,提出了精益模块化生产组织支持过程。基于模块化原理对精益生产组织模式的深入剖析,提出了生产系统模块化程度评估方法。模块化程度表征一个生产系统的柔性,它和工作胞数目、组织柔性因子及界面约束相关,是制造业组织改造的重要目标。在此基础上,提出了基于生产系统模块化的实现形式的决策判据,并给出了模块化组织改造的原则。该研究探索了精益生产与模块化原理相结合对生产组织的影响,为现代精益生产改造提供了一定的理论依据。

Abstract:Combining the modularization theory and lean production, production organization leanness or modularization were analyzed, explored and summarized. Then, a support process for lean and modularized production was proposed. Based on deep modularization anatomy for lean organization with modularization principle, an evaluation method for modularization grade of production system was put forward. The modularization grade denoted flexibility of production system and was one of the important objectives of manufacturing enterprise reconfiguration. It was pertinent to the number of working cell, organization flexibility factor and interface constraint. Based on this, an implementation method of decision--making criterion was advanced based on production system modularization. Furthermore, improvement principles for organization reconfiguration were presented. The influence mechanism of production organization under the combination of lean production and modular principles was explored deeply. The study has also provided theoretic foundation for modern lean production alteration.
