基于资源投入的供应链协调分析

为使供应链在市场需求变化后能够达到协调，提出了批发价结合资源投入补贴契约模型。在市场需求变化前能够协调供应链的契约，而在市场需求增加后，即使对契约参数作调整或者重新设计契约也可能无法使供应链达到协调状态。这时供应链协调时的订货量超出了供应商的生产能力，供应链的协调问题就不再是契约设计问题，而主要是供应链企业的资源投入问题。在这种情况下，可通过改变节点企业的资源投入，以消除供应链中的资源瓶颈，并结合契约设计来实现供应链的协调。分析了最优资源投入量及相应的最优契约参数。最后，通过数值例子对模型进行了应用分析。
