| 摘 要： | 为实现企业间的制造资源共享,提出了制造资源共享模型;分析了集中式、分布式和集中分布式制造资源共享体系结构,提出了以区域网络化制造平台、重点城市制造业信息化应用服务提供商平台和企业制造资源共享管理系统为主体的三级制造资源共享模式.在该共享模式中,由制造资源服务总线集成三个共享主体.在此基础上,开发了制造资源共享系统,并介绍了该系统在四川省制造业信息化工程中的应用.

| Abstract: | To realize manufacturing resource sharing in manufacturing enterprises,the Manufacturing Resource Sharing Model(MRSM) was put forward.The centralized,distributed,and centralized-distributed architectures of manufacturing resource sharing were analyzed.The three-level manufacturing resource sharing pattern with regional networked manufacturing platform,Application Service Provider(ASP) platform supporting manufacturing information engineering of major cities and enterprise manufacturing sharing management system as the core,was presented.In this sharing pattern,the three sharing bodies were integrated by Manufacturing Resource Sharing Bus(MRSB).Finally,the manufacturing resource sharing system was developed,whose application in the Manufacturing Information Engineering(MIE) in Sichuan province was also introduced. |
