Theory of polyhedrons of positioning accuracy of manipulators

Abstract:
A method of determining polyhedrons of positioning accuracy of mechanical manipulators is developed. Practical significance of the method is illustrated by numerical examples. Polyhedrons of positioning accuracy for a manipulator of 6-R type are calculated for several positions.
