基于模糊控制的变频恒压供水系统的研究

摘    要:论文提出了一种新型变频调速恒压供水系统的设计方案,设计了一种新型的变频供水专用控制器,它既保留了传统的基于PLC控制的变频恒压供水系统的优点,又实现了变频恒压供水系统的出水量连续可调及出水压力恒定,使供水质量提高,且无须在线编程.PID参数自整定,从而使系统调试简单方便.

Abstract:In this paper, a new plan is introduced to freguency control for constant water pressure, and a special frequency controller for constant water pressure is designed. It reserves the virtue of freguency control for constant water pressure based-on traditional PLC. On the other hand, It realizes that water supply capacity can be adjusted continuously and water supply pressure can be keeped invariable, so water supply quality is improved. This system needs no programming on-line, also the parameters of PID can be adjusted automatically, so system debugging is simple and convenient.
