| 摘 要： | 介绍了S7-300PLC和WinCC监控软件在腈纶生产线改造中的应用,论述了基于PROFIBUS现场总线技术的PLC在控制系统中的实现及上位机用户监控程序的组态和运行,阐述了该系统的软硬件组成、网络结构、系统功能及特点.该系统运行以来,各项功能正常,设备运行稳定,达到了设计要求.

| Abstract: | This paper introduces the application of S7-300 and WinCC configuration software in alteration of acrylic fibers production. It discusses the realization of PLC in control system based on PROFIBUS locale bus-mastering, and also the configuration and operation of upside program. The paper describes configuration of software and hardware, network construction, function and characteri stics of system. The system's every function runs well, and the devices operate steadily since system works into automatic operatio n, so it has reached the design requirement completely. |
