| 摘 要： | 底盘测功机可实现在不同工况、不同负载下动力性能的连续测量，从而评定汽车的综合性能。而对底盘测功机的的检定仪器目前国内尚少。本文分析了对底盘测功机的检测原理。设计了一种基于C8051F020单片机的底盘测功机速度标定仪。该仪器已经在实质检测线上进行多次测试，达到了较为理想的检测效果，完全符合国家的测功装置的检定规程标准。

| Abstract: | A chassis dynamometer is used to make a continuous measurement of drive performance under variable working conditions and loads on a chassis, and assess the vehicle＇ s overall performance. And the instrument which is used to detect chassis dynamometer is less current in domestic. This paper analyzes the detecting principle of chassis dynamometer and designs speed calibration instrument of chassis dynamometer based on C8051F020 single -chip, which is based on how chassis dynamometer runs. The instrument has been tested many times in real detection line, and achieves a satisfactory test results, which fully agrees to the national standard of test procedures of dynamometer device. |
