| 摘 要： | 本文提出了一种针对分布式监控点，进行网络化集中管理平台的构建方法。简述了组网结构和整个网络体系中数据流图，并就传输模块和播放模块提出了各自的软件实现算法；在长江公路大桥监控管理实践中成功构建实现了上述平台．使大桥各个监控点得到了实时、准确，可靠性的管理。 |

| Abstract: | This paper mainly discussed some concept and principle based on fiber figure video frequency technology. Simply introduce the principium of RTP/RTCP and the features of MPEG-4 standard, we bring forward a kind of design way that tong-distance real-time video frequency trance flat roof through network, and succeeded to set up this flat roof in Yangtze highway bridge watch and control manage practice. |
