摘    要:简要描述了基于图像处理方法的微透镜阵列,焦距测量方法。该方法采用图像处理技术解决测量中的定焦问题。文中介绍了几种清晰度评价函数。并对其定焦的精度进行比较,选出较优的算法用来判断焦点位置。实验证明使用该方法可以满足微透镜焦距测量精度要求。

Abstract:A method for micro-lens array focus measurement,which is based on image processing technology,is simply described.The method takes use of image processing technology to solve the problem of focus searching.Several definition appraising functions are presented and compared.From these functions,the most appropriate function is chosen to estimate the position of focus.It is testified that this method can satisfy the request of micro-lens array's focus measurement.
