摘    要:火电厂在我国的能源结构中占有重要地位,而输煤系统是火电厂安全有效运行的基础.输煤系统大部分是机械设备,生产环境复杂恶劣,使得控制面临诸多难题.集散控制系统(DCS)采用集中管理,分散控制的思想,在保证安全的同时,大大减少了体力劳动,在工业生产中获得了广泛的应用.结合国电福州输煤改造项目,从实际的角度,对国电智深DCS产品EDPF-NT Plus在输煤系统中的应用进行了探索研究.实践证明:系统运行稳定,满足厂方需求.

Abstract:Thermal power plant occupies an important position in China's energy structure, and coal handling system is the basis for safe and efficient operation of the thermal power plant. Most of the coal handling system is mechanical devices. The production environment is complex and harsh, that make control faces many challenges. Distributed Control System (DCS) uses the thought of centralized management and decentralized control, ensuring safety and greatly reducing the manual labor. It makes a wide range of applications in industrial production. This article depends on coal handling reconstruction project in Guodian Fuzhou generation limited liability company, from a practical point of view, introducing EDPF-NT Plus in coal handing system. Practice has proved that: the system is stable and meet the needs of the factory.
