基于MATLAB工具箱的火电站过热蒸汽温度优化控制

摘    要:火电站过热蒸汽温度控制对象具有慢时变和非线性等特性,采用调节参数固定的P-PID控制器进行过热蒸汽温度调节难以得到良好的控制效果.针对这一问题,本文介绍了一种利用非线性控制设计模块(Signal Constraint,简称S-C)优化PID控制器,获得不同负荷下的PID参数.仿真结果表明,使用优化后的参数进行控制,系统性能得到一定的提高.

Abstract:The charged object of superheated steam temperature in thermal power stations has slowly time-variant system parameters and nonlinear property, which make it difficult to obtain good control performances using the-fixed-parameters P-PID controller. Directing against the problem, the paper introduces a nonlinear control design module (Signal Constraint, short for S-C) to optimize the PID controller, and to get the optimal PID parameters with different load. Simulation results show that using the optimized parameters control, the system performance is improved.
