摘    要:工业控制现场设备与PROFIBUS-DP总线网络连接实现现场总线控制系统。离不开PROFIBUS-DP总线通信转换接口。概括叙述了PROFIBUS总线的特点、结构,以及PROFIBUS-DP智能转换接口开发的步骤。针对智能转换接口的软件设计和硬件设计进行了详细介绍。以SPC3和单片机为核心开发的智能转换接口能够很好的实现现场总线控制系统的通信任务。

Abstract:The connection between the industrial field equipment and the Profibus-DP network depends on Profibus-DP conversing interface. This paper describle the features,the structure and the protocol of Profibus in general. The steps how to develop Profibus-DP conversing interface is introduced too. Based on the structure of Profibus- DP networks ,the hardware implementations and the software structure are designed respectively. At the end ,the intelligent conversing interface based on SPC3 and MCU show a good performance in fieldbus control system.
