摘    要:电力体制的改革使得成本问题成了发电企业所需要考虑的核心问题.而煤耗是发电厂的主要成本.因此,如何节煤降耗、提高经济效益也就成了各企业面临解决的首要任务。燃煤管理系统需要解决的是如何管理煤、使用煤,以适应电力市场改革.满足现代化管理需求的问题。由此需要我们对现有的燃煤管理工具进行重新思考与定位。本文在对当前火电厂燃煤管理系统的现状及存在问题进行简要分析的基础上,采用系统工程的层次分析法对影响火力发电厂燃煤管理系统开发的诸多因素进行了分析、建模,从而得出结论,为今后燃煤管理系统的开发与应用提供参考。

Abstract:The reform of the electric power system make the cost become the core problem need to be resolved in the business enterprise of generate electricity. Considering the coal consume is main cost of the power plant, therefore, how to decline the coal consume and raise the economic performance became the initial mission that each business enterprise faces to solve. What need to be resolved in the coal management system is how to manage and make good use of the coal, in order to adapt the electric power market reform and meet the demands of modern management. So, it's necessary to re-consider and relocate the management tool of coal. This paper studied and analyzed the current situation and existence problems of coal management system of power plant. Then using AHP of systematic engineer- ing on the analysis and setting up the mold towards many factors that affect the development of coal man- agement system of power plant. Finally, the paper getting the conclusion which offer some reference for the exploitation and application of coal management system.
