摘    要:利用颜色传感器TCS230获得高温体发出的彩色光颜色信息,采用三基色测温方法进行分析,经计算、标定后测出物体温度。并就该方法的误差来源进行了分析,给出了系统的校正方法和标定方式。实验结果表明,系统具有快速准确的特点,测量精度优于3.29%。

Abstract:The colored light color information is obtained by using color sensor TCS230 that the high -temperature object sends out,applies tricolour temperature measurement method to carry on the analysis,and the object temperature is obtained after calculating and scaling. The error source of this method is analyzed and the error compensation is made. The test result indicated that the system has run fast and accurate characteristics,and the measuring accuracy superior 3.29 %.
