| 摘 要： | 本文简要介绍了当前网络流媒体传输的方法,并从控制理论的思想出发,提出了一种自适应网络控制流媒体视频流实时传输的方法。通过试验数据结果表明．与质量加权码率分配方法相比．该方法不仅可以减小相邻帧间的质量波动更加平滑,而且可以提高整个视频序列的总体质量。因此,该方法非常适合网络上视频流式的实时传输．有使用价值。 |

| Abstract: | This paper introduces the method of current network streaming media transmission, and from the idea of Control Theory,an adaptive network bandwidth control method for streaming media video transmission is provided. With the experimental data show, compared with the method of the distribution for weighted quality code, this method not only can make quality fluctuations between adjacent frames much smoother , but also can improve average peak signal to noise ratio of the whole video sequence greatly. Therefore, this method is valuable to real time transmission for network video streaming. |
