驱动器断裂失效分析及优化

摘    要:针对汽车座椅调节驱动器断裂失效的问题,通过试验和有限元分析相结合的方法,根据失效的特征提出了优化方案。试验和有限元仿真的结果表明:在设计荷载范围内,优化后结构没有出现断裂现象且结构的输出扭矩增大了75N.m。同时试验结果与有限元结果的误差为5.74%,进一步验证了分析的正确性。

Abstract:In order to solve the problem of fracture failure of actuator for automobile seats adjuster,through the combination of experiment and finite element analysis,and according to the characteristics of failure,local size optimization are proposed.The results of experiment and finite element simulation show that:within the design load range,the optimized structure has no fracture phenomenon,and the output torque of the structure increases by 75N.m.At the same time,the error between the experimental results and the finite element results is 5.74%,which further verifies the correctness of the analysis.
