回归分析在活塞环石墨球径控制上的应用

根据对球墨铸铁活塞环碳硅当量CE值与球状石墨大小的数据分析,建立以球墨铸铁活塞环CE值为自变量、球径大小为因变量之间的回归模型,得到回归方程。采用最小二乘法解出回归参数,并检验线性关系的显著性,最后实现对被解释变量球径大小的区间进行预测,以及通过控制碳硅当量来得到要求的球径大小。

Application to Controlling Spheroidal Graphite Diameter of Piston Ring by Regression Analysis

According to datum analysis between spheroidal graphite size and silicon？carbon e- quivalent CE of spheroidal graphite cast iron piston ring,to establish the regressive model of the nodular cast iron piston ring CE as independent variable, the graphite diameter as dependent variable. Get the regression parameters by method of least square, and test the significant of linear relationship. Finally realize the prediction of graphite spheroidal diameter range size, and the control of silicon carbon equivalent to achieve the required graphite diameter.
