胶印机传纸机构动力学仿真与优化

摘    要:基于多体动力学理论,实现对胶印机传纸机构虚拟样机的仿真分析,得到了传纸机构的动力学特性.根据仿真结果对力封闭扭杆弹簧进行评价,为扭杆弹簧的设计和改进提供了理论参考.研究了矩形截面扭杆弹簧优化设计数学模型的建立方法并对其进行求解,得到了优化改进后的扭杆弹簧结构尺寸。

Abstract:Based on multi-body dynamics,a simulation analysis on virtual prototyping is completed for the sheet-transfer mechanism of offset machines.Accordingly,the dynamical properties of sheet-transfer mechanism are obtained.Pertaining to the evaluation of simulation results on closed torsion-bar spring,the theoretical reference to its design and improvement can be provided.By establishing a mathematical model of rectangle-sectional spring is investigated for optimization design and solution.So far,the spring structural dimensions are optimized and improved.
