摘    要:针对大型伺服液压缸行程短、频率响应高、测试难度大等特点,开发了一套计算机辅助测试系统.该系统采用闭式机架模拟加载法,利用机架的弹性变形对被测试液压缸进行模拟加载,能够完成伺服液压缸静、动态性能测试.简单介绍了该系统的组成和测试原理,并对机架进行了模拟分析.测试结果表明该系统测试精确,自动化程度高.

Abstract:Pertaining to such characteristics of servo-hydraulic cylinders as short stroke, high frequency response and testing difficulty, a computer-aided testing system is first developed. In this system, a simulated loading on a simulated frame is applied by transmitting the frame's elastic deformation to the tested hydraulic cylinder. Accordingly, the static and dynamic properties are then tested on servo-hydraulic cylinders. In this study, the system architecture and testing theory are summarized on frame simulation analysis. Finally, it is indicated from the testing results that this system possesses high testing precision and automation level.
