摘    要:为了在排气歧管的研发过程中准确预测其热负荷,需要进行热应力分析,该分析需要CFD计算提供边界。将CFD软件与结构软件耦合进行两轮瞬态计算生成温度和换热系数边界,并且进行稳态计算,得到压力分布和速度分布。

Abstract:In order to predict the thermal load of the exhaust manifold in the development process, thermal stress analysis is needed, and this analysis needs boundary, conditions provided by CFD calculation. The boundary conditions of the temperature and the heat transfer coefficient were calculated by two rounds transient calculation through the coupling of the CFD software and structure software, and the pressure distribution and the velocity distrihution were calculated by steady analysis.
