汽车风挡涂胶机器人轨迹控制技术

摘    要:为降低员工劳动强度、提升涂胶工作效率和确保风挡涂胶的质量,用自动涂胶机器人代替手动涂胶是一种趋势,同时自动涂胶机器人对中小型乘用车风挡进行涂胶的过程中,易出现涂胶轨迹偏移的现象。主要分析涂胶轨迹偏移的原因,并分析合理的解决措施,从而提升涂胶轨迹稳定性和提高工作效率,保证涂胶工艺中胶宽、胶高达到工艺的要求。

Abstract:In order to reduce labor intensity of workers, and to improve work efficiency of gluing and to be certain the quality of windshield gluing, automatic gluing by robot to replace manual gluing has become a trend. At the same time, during process of gluing to wind- shield of passenger ear of small and medium sizes by automatic gluing robot, phenomena of off-track in gluing were easily to appear. Mainly analyzed the cause for off-track in gluing and analyzed reasonable solution. Thereby, stability in gluing track was improved, work efficiency was improved, glue-width was reached by assured gluing technics and technical glue-height was met.
