基于CATIA环境下的斜齿轮三维参数建模及参数化应用

摘    要:在CATIA V5环境中,基于知识工程介绍了利用参数化公式实现渐开线斜齿轮三维建模的方法。通过GSD模块中的fog方式,生成参数方程从而建立渐开线,再由镜像、修剪等命令建立齿形轮廓,最后,通过扫掠、特征阵列等命令建立渐开线斜齿轮三维模型。达到了改变基本参数立即得到相应的渐开线斜齿轮三维模型的参数化驱动化设计,大大提高设计人员的工作效率。

Abstract:Under the environment of CATIA VS, a method of establishing involute helical gears was shown based on knowledge engineering. Involute was set up through fog method in GSD model, then 3D model of invohe helical gear was achieved by using CATIA commands such as mirror, trim, rib, split and so forth. Through transforming the basic paramerers, a parameter-driving design of 3D model corresponding to the involute helical geer was obtained immediately. It is a simple and convenient way to creat model and greatly improve designers' working efficiency.
