摘    要:介绍了FX1N PLC配合FX0N-3A在调角器力矩耐久性试验中的应用。该系统通过力传感器反馈进行试验控制,直接吻合试验要求,工作平稳,波形一致性好。同时介绍了FX0N-3A的校准方法。

Abstract:The application of FX1N PLC cooperated with FX0N-3A in seat-angle adjuster torque endurance test was introduced. The sys-tem was controlled by the feedback of force sensor,which satisfied the requirement of test directly. It ran smoothly and steadily,the consisten-cy of the waveform was good too. Meanwhile,the calibration method of FX0N-3A was also introduced.
