摘    要:汽车座椅调节耐久试验是汽车座椅研发过程中的重要环节之一。通过对国内外行业以及企业标准的研究,研制出一种可实现手电动汽车座椅纵向调节、靠背调节以及升降调节3种疲劳耐久试验的设备。该设备以西门子S7-1200作为主控单元,支持循环步骤编程,每路通道均可选择感应控制与时间控制两种模式;设计了独立的试验台架及其附件并能自由出入环境箱,在低温以及高温环境下均能正常工作。该设备的人机交互、可编程能力以及通用性得到了国内汽车座椅厂商的认可。

Abstract:The durability test of seat adjustment mechanism is one of the important segment in the research and development of automobile seat.Based on the research of industry and enterprise standards at home and abroad,a kind of fatigue durability test equipment for seat longitudinal adjustment,backrest adjustment and height adjustment of manual and electric seat was developed.Siemens S7-1200 was used as the main control unit of the equipment,which supported cycle step programming,and each channel could choose two modes of actuated control and time control.An independent test bench and its accessories were designed,which could enter and exit the environment box freely,and could work normally in low and high temperature environment.The human-computer interaction,programmability and universality of the equipment have been recognized by domestic automobile seat manufacturers.
