摘    要:侧面安全气囊静态展开测试是一种常见的侧面安全气囊静态展开性能测试方法,其中侧面安全气囊静态展开时间参数是侧面气囊性能的关键参数。在目前的测试技术当中还不能对气囊展开时间通过试验仪器进行测得,而是仅仅依靠试验人员通过高速摄像记录画面进行评判,存在着不可避免的误差。通过对现有测试标准的研究,提出了基于激光投射的侧气囊静态展开试验方法,并完成搭建激光投射侧气囊静态展开试验平台,有效避免了仅仅依靠人眼进行气囊展开时间评价带来的试验误差,提升了座椅侧气囊静态展开试验精度。

Abstract:The side airbag static deployment test is a common method for testing the side airbag static deployment performance,the static deployment time parameter of the side airbag is the key parameter of the performance of the side airbag.In the current test technology,the evaluation of the deployment time of the airbag cannot be measured by the test instrument,but only by the test personnel to judge through the high-speed camera recording screen,there are inevitable errors.A method of static deployment test of side airbags based on laser projection was proposed through the study of existing test standards,and the construction of a static deployment test platform of laser projection side airbags was completed.It effectively avoids the test error caused by the airbag deployment time evaluation by relying only on the human eye,and improves the accuracy of the static deployment test of the seat side airbag.
