| Abstract: | Through the practical measurement examples on the universal tool-microscope, the two measurement methods for measuring of the image and contact of cylinder curve groove were discussed. The precision measurement of the curve groove geometry size is realized, and aiming at some problems existed in the measurement are discussed. |
