摘    要:探讨汽车离合器膜片弹簧在已知工作条件下,如何用优化设计方法,选择出一组膜片弹簧的优化结构参数。选择在摩擦片磨损范围内,在MATLAB软件里建立弹簧压紧力变化绝对值的平均值最小值作为目标函数,合理地选择约束条件,利用C语言编程求解,迅速地得出理想的优化结果。

Abstract:On the known condition, how to choose a group optimized structure parameters through optimization method for the diaphragm spring of clutch was discussed. For this purpose, in the friction wear range, establish objective function as minimum average of the variable absolute value for spring pressure in the Matlab software, choose a reasonable constraint conditions, program by C language, and quickly get the ideal optimization results.
