摘    要:研究了采用硝酸镥与硝酸铕混合溶液共沉淀法制备Lu2O3:Eu粉体,并对比不同沉淀剂及滴加方式对粉体颗粒形貌及尺寸的影响.通过对沉淀先驱物在600℃和1200℃温度下焙烧前后的DTA/TG与XRD测试分析发现:草酸沉淀先驱物在600℃焙烧失去结晶水,并在1200℃完全转化为Lu2O3.从所制备粉体的光谱中检测到265nm和300nm吸收峰和613nm与626nm荧光发射峰.经对比发现,采用氨水反向滴加制备的粉体颗粒最细小均匀,平均尺寸约为50nm.

Abstract:Using different precipitants and titrating processing in co-precipitation method,the Lu2O3:Eu fluorescent powders are investigated.By mixing lutecium nitrate with europium nitrate solution,raw powders are obtained by normal and inverse titrating with ammonia.The results are compared with the powders preci- pitated with oxalate.Incinerating at 600℃and 1 200℃,the powders are examined by means of DTA/TG and XRD.Lutecium oxalate is found to lose crystallization water at 600℃and be decomposed at 1 200℃.The 265 nm and 300 nm absorption peaks,as well as 613 nm and 626nm emission peaks are identified in spectra.The powders precipitated by inverse titrating with ammonia are uniform and average size is approximate 50 nm.
