| 摘 要： | 目的：比较在新环境的探究活动和协调平衡运动能力方面27月龄老年大鼠与青年大鼠之间的差异，并观察人参皂苷Rg1对老年大鼠行为活动的改善作用。方法：开阔实验、斜板实验、爬杆试验、牵引实验。人参皂苷Rg1采取腹腔注射，剂量分别为20,40 mg/kg，连续给药10 d。结果：给药后老年大鼠方格间穿行次数和直立的次数明显增加，并且活动的范围也有了选择；此外，给药老年大鼠完成行为操作的能力也显著增强。结论：人参皂苷Rg1可剂量依赖性地改善老年动物衰退的行为活动功能。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVES:Tocomparethediferenceofopen-fieldbehaviorandmotor-responsesbetweenoldrats(27months)andyoung-controls(3months),andtoobservetheefectsofginsenosideRg1onimpairedbehav-ioralactivityinoldrats.METHODS:Open-fieldmethod,tilting-plane,walking-rod,andtractiontests.GinsenosideRg1wasadministeredbyip20,40mg/kgfor10days.RESULTS:GinsenosideRg1-treatedratsmademorerearingandambulatingmovementconfinedtotheareanearthesidesoftheopen-fieldthantheoldcontrols.Intilting-plane,walking-rod,andtractiontests,ginsenosideRg1inducedmarkedincreasingabilityinperformanceinagedrats.CONCLUSION:Alterationsinbothbehavioralactivityandmotor-responseduringaginginratscouldbedose-dependentlyimprovedbyRg1treatment. |
