可控压密灌浆加固地基材料的试验研究

摘    要:通过对可控压密灌浆工艺的技术特点分析,开展灌浆材料的室内试验研究.首先,根据灌浆工艺对浆液的要求确定浆液类型,并在此基础上选取试验原材料;然后,分别探讨各影响因素对浆液的性能影响,进而得到各组分适宜的取值范围;最后,采用正交试验得到一种适用于可控压密灌浆工艺的最优配方:水灰比0.6,水泥用量为固体质量的88%,膨润土用量为固体质量的12%,减水剂用量为水泥质量的0.5%,水玻璃用量为水泥质量的4%.

Abstract:Indoor tests on grouting materials were carried out through controlled compaction grouting technique.Type of the slurry was firstly determined in line with the requirements of grouting process,upon which the test raw materials were selected.Then,the influence of each factor on the performance of the slurry were investigated before obtaining the appropriate range of each component of the slurry.Finally,through orthogonal test,an optimum formula for the controlled compaction grouting was obtained as follows: water-cement ratio is 0.6;cement accounts for 88% of the solid,and bentonite accounts for 12% of the solid;superplasticizer accounts for 0.5% of the cement,and water glass accounts for 4% of the cement.
