摘 要: | 根据四川和金沙江水电资源及其开发情况 ,结合重庆、华东、华中、福建和广东电力发展规划 ,综合考虑四川和金沙江水电出力特点和重庆、华东、华中、福建、广东电源结构和负荷特性以及送电距离 ,经技术经济比较 ,以总成本最小为目标函数 ,提出川电外送的容量、送电方式和分步实施的方案以及溪洛渡和向家坝水电站电能合理消纳和输电方案

Hydropower Development of Sichuan and Jinshajiang River Basin and Study of Its Power Transmission to Outside |

Abstract: | According to hydropower resources of Sichuan and Jinshajiang river and its development conditions, in combination of the power development planning of Chongqing, East China, Middle China, Fujian and Guangdong, consideration of power output characters of Sichuan and Jinshajiang River and power source structures, load characters and transmission distance of Chongqing, East China, Middle China, Fujian and Guangdong after the technical and economical comparison the paper has taken the minimum total cost as the target function and then has put forward the capacity, transmission mode,scheme to execute the steps and scheme for rational energy absorption of Xiluodu and Xiangjiaba hydropower stations and its power transmission to outside. |
