气体涡轮流量计前导流器的数值模拟与优化设计

摘    要:前导流器是气体涡轮流量计的主要部件之一,其结构直接影响流量计的计量性能。以50 mm口径气体涡轮流量计的前导流器为优化对象,通过CFD数值模拟分析了不同结构参数前导流器的流场速度分布,引入了流场均匀性指数来评价整流效果,提出了针对前导流器结构的优化方案,探讨了优化对安装位置的要求,并对优化方案进行了实验验证。结果表明,导流体长度由25 mm加长至125 mm时,流场均匀性提高,流量计的线性度误差和重复性误差降低,压损减少13.92%;导流叶片由60 mm缩短至15 mm时,流场均匀性提高,流量计的计量性能改善,压损减少20.89%。该优化方法同样适用于其他口径涡轮流量计前导流器的结构优化。

Abstract:Front diversion body is one of the main components in gas turbine flowmeter,and its structure directly affects the metering performance of the flowmeter.Taking the front diversion body in gas turbine flowmeter with 50 mm diameter as optimized object,the velocity distribution of flow fields were researched using CFD method,the uniformity index was introduced to evaluate rectification performance,an optimization scheme for the front diversion body was proposed.The requirement of installation position was discussed,and the experimental verification was carried out.The results show that the flow field uniformity is increased,the linearity error and repeatability error are decreased,and moreover the pressure loss is reduced by 13.95%when the length of front diversion body is ex-tended from 25 mm to 125 mm.When the guide vane is reduced from 60 mm to 15 mm,the flow field uniformity is increased,the metering performance of the flowmeter is improved,and the pressure loss is reduced by 20.89%. This optimal design also can be applied to the structure optimization of front diversion body in gas turbine flowmeter with other calibers.
