海东市乐都区迭尔沟采石场矿山地质环境问题及治理对策研究

摘    要:为了实现社会经济的可持续发展,以露天矿山集中开采区、生态功能脆弱区及重要交通干线沿线为重点区域,优先对破坏生态严重、影响群众生产生活和区域可持续发展的历史遗留矿山开展生态进行修复。以海东市乐都区迭尔沟采石场为例,通过野外现场调查及综合分析,采取有效的工程手段,对开采后遗留的采坑、高陡边坡、弃渣堆积、植被破坏等矿山地质环境问题进行治理和修复,以消除或减轻地质灾害隐患,保障治理区人民生命财产安全,修复已损毁的土地资源,提升历史遗留可山与周边地形地貌景观的和谐度,提升项目实施区域受益人群满意度。

Abstract:In order to realize sustainable development of social economy,taking concentrated mining area of open-pit mines,ecologically fragile areas and important traffic trunk lines as key areas,and giving priority to ecological restoration of historical mines that seriously damage ecology and affect production and life of people and sustainable development of region,taking Dieergou quarry in Ledu District,Haidong City as an example,through field investigation and comprehensive analysis,effective engineering measures are taken to treat and repair mine geological environment problems left after mining,such as mining pits,high and steep slopes,waste slag accumulation and vegetation damage,so as to eliminate or reduce hidden dangers of geological disasters and ensure safety of people′s lives and property in engineering treatment area,repair damaged land resources,improve harmony between historical mountains and surrounding landform and landscape,with goal of improving satisfaction of the beneficiaries in the project implementation area.
