催化重整装置预加氢反应器压降增大的原因及处理措施

摘    要:分析了重整预加氢反应器压降快速上升的原因并提出了预防措施。在预加氢反应器内部垢样中,硫、铁的质量分数分别为47.57%和48.43%,固体颗粒在催化剂表面沉积是预加氢反应器压降快速上升的主要原因。

Abstract:The reasons were analyzed for rapid in- crease of pressure drop in a reformer feed hydrore- fining reactor, and the preventive measures were pro- posed. The mass fractions of sulphur and iron in the scale sample of hydrorefining reactor were 47.57% and 48.43 % , respectively, and the rapid increase of pressure drop in the reactor was attributed to the sol- id deposits on catalyst surface.
